To complement your meal, 14 raw Vegetables and 4 raw Fruit juices are offered as your salad & beverage, just a few feet from where they grew.
Our FARM to TABLE concept, refers to the stages of the production of food from: Harvesting, Storing, Processing, Selling (at our shop) and Consuming at the tables. It relies on the traditional farmhouse cooking of our chefs and the emphasis on freshness, seasonality and the simplicity of their preparations.
